BIOGRAPHY

Pong's passion in fitness began while he was attending school at Augsburg College, where he was completing his degree. After playing a year of football and a couple years of track, Pong turned his attention to joining the exercise science club where he worked in the fitness center of his college. In the summer of 2016, he interned at Higher Power Training, where he shadowed trainers and clients with different goals and reasons to train. Beginning January 2017, Pong was hired on to personal train at Higher Power Training.
