Incredible results with Jason at HPT on the 21 day detox program! Being a very busy mom to three young children, I fell into the trap of always putting myself last. Mentally I was in a fog and couldn't remember anything. HTP's program was just what I needed. Jason met with me and went over their detox program. Everything was so detailed and easy to follow. Surprisingly I never felt hungry and after day 3 I felt noticeably better. Every few days we would meet to measure my body fat and go over food charts. If my body was not responding to something then he would tweak or change the program to customize it to what I needed. I learned so much about my own body throughout the process.
