Biography


Kevin first became interested in workouts while playing football in high school. In his early twenties, Kevin began to dedicate himself to a healthy lifestyle and spent many hours in the gym working to gain muscle and getting stronger. Upon realizing the benefits of this lifestyle he realized that he wanted to help others achieve these same results and entered the health and fitness field. He first started working as an intern with Heart Healthy Living, a Stage 3 Cardiac Rehab company working with clients in the program. From there he was hired on while a local fitness center working with high end clients of many different ages and desired goals. After working independently from 2009 to 2015, Kevin joined the team at Higher Power Training and has enjoyed training a diverse and exciting clientele that HPT has to offer.
