Jeremiah began his fitness career while completing his degree at Winona State University, working with multiple collegiate athletic teams as a Strength and Conditioning intern. These teams included football, baseball, women's soccer, as well as being appointed head strength coach of the Men's Golf team. He also spent three semesters independently training university faculty and students with goals including weight loss, increasing muscle mass, and general fitness. Jeremiah advanced his knowledge in Denver, CO under the direction of Loren Landow at Steadman Hawkins Sports Performance working with athletes from youth to professional, combine and pro-day preparation for college football players entering the NFL draft as well as the average individual with weight loss, fitness and rehabilitation goals. Jeremiah is passionate about the fitness industry and improving people's lives through exercise.
