Speed and agility training is the pinnacle of athletic performance training. FASTER is HPT's group based speed, agility, and quickness class and is designed to accommodate athletes of all ages and abilities. This program is for athletes who need to get faster and more agile or athletes who need better conditioning.

SCHEDULE

One of the best features of our group training process is our programs are packaged to allow for flexibility in your budget and your travel! Our packages are designed in a way that won't count against you if you miss a session!

FLEXIBLE PACKAGING

  • Sign up for 1 or more days 

  • Once a week training option: Package of 4, expires every 5 weeks. Renew as often as you like.

  • Twice a week training option: Package of 8, expires every 5 weeks. Renew as often as you like.

START YOUR OWN GROUP

  • If the current schedule doesn't work for you, grab your friends and start your own class on site at HPT. We need three or more to start another class and need at least 5 to keep it exclusive.

  • Off-site options are available for your school, club or team.
