BIOGRAPHY
Training for sports has always been a passion for Alex. He began developing strength and conditioning programs in High School for his teammates and himself. His passion for training carried into college where he helped his team reach the National Tournament.
Alex focuses on athletic lifts and movements that will kick your butt. He has traveled around the country to intern under prestigious Strength and Coaches. He combines many different training styles to give you what you need.
