Biography

Maddie realized her passion for training athletes in high school by leading her team through pre-season conditioning programs for softball and volleyball. Following her passion for sports and fitness, she went to the University of Minnesota Duluth where she studied Exercise Science and played Division II softball. During her time at the collegiate level, Maddie competed in two regional tournaments and won a conference championship. Whether it’s getting into shape or getting to the next level, Maddie is dedicated to working with you reach your goals together.
