Karina began her fitness career in 2018 when she graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Stout with a degree in Health Wellness and Fitness. Ever since she was little, fitness has been part of her life, from playing competitive soccer and basketball to enjoying the great outdoors; she always found herself staying active. Karina’s spark for fitness occurred in high school after she suffered an ACL tear during a soccer game. Ever since, her passion for helping others achieve their goals as well as overcoming difficult obstacles has been in the forefront.

Through her many experiences with a variety of age groups, Karina is ready to tackle any challenge with 100% dedication. She treats each day as a new beginning, by doing so, no matter what experience level, age or mindset you may have, motivation and determination are key to success.
