BIOGRAPHY
Jesse began his athletic career at a young age always being involved in sports. While in high school he began to develop strength training programs for himself, friends, and relatives and found his passion. This passion carried into college and beyond propelling him to pursue a career in health and fitness. Focusing on training ranging from general fitness to sports specific Jesse continues to educate himself and further his knowledge to learn as many styles and techniques as possible for the best workout available.
