BIOGRAPHY

Dr. James first began personal training in 2000. He trained clients in a variety of gym and in-home settings until 2008 when he decided to further his education by attending chiropractic school. He was beginning to realize as his training career progressed that nearly every client that walked in the door had some sort of acute or chronic musculoskeletal issue that was affecting their ability to train pain-free. He felt that by adding the chiropractic skill set to his professional “toolbox” that he would be better able to serve his clients.

Since completing his Doctorate of Chiropractic in 2011, Dr. James has had the privilege of working with active individuals of all ages and skill levels. He loves the process of assessing a client that is currently experiencing pain or recovering from injury and creating and executing a training and treatment plan that allows them to overcome that injury, train pain-free and perform at their best.

Post-Rehab and Corrective Exercise: Dr. James has helped numerous people with acute and chronic low back, hip, knee, foot/ankle, shoulder, neck, elbow and hand/wrist pain. He specializes in injury and dysfunction of the joints and soft tissues.

Started Chiropractic School at Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, MN in January of 2008 and graduated in April of 2011.
