BIO

Cori started her personal training career in 2005 while finishing her degree in Exercise Science and Sports Management at the University of Wisconsin-Superior. Her intense passion for fitness began at a young age and continued to bring her success in high school and college as a runner. Since college Cori has trained and competed in Figure, Bikini, and most recently Tae Kwon Do where she took first place at the 2012 Diamond Nationals for form and sparring in the intermediate belt division. She believes each workout is an opportunity to bring your best, and Cori strives to bring hers and motivate others to believe they are capable of seeing success at any season in their lives.

Cori's passion for nutrition began when she trained for her first figure competition in 2008. Through these experiences and continuing education, Cori has developed a strong foundation in nutrition education and fully believes in the power of fueling results through food. Coming to Higher Power Training in 2012 was a great step for her, and she loves working with a team that shares the same passion for nutrition. As one of HPT's Nutrition/Detox coaches, Cori seeks to inspire her clients to reach their potential and live the fit and healthy lives we are called to live.
