BIOGRAPHY
Cameron Brandt started his training career in 1995 as an assistant taekwondo instructor to nationally acclaimed 6th degree black belt Daryl Bachmeier. As an elite taekwondo fighter and WTF certified 3rd degree black belt, Cameron competed at the United States Nationals for taekwondo from 1992-1998. He placed in 1992 and 1997 with bronze medal finishes. In 1998, Cameron was invited to compete for a position on the United States Collegiate World Taekwondo team as a U.S lightweight fighter.
After moving from North Dakota to Phoenix, Az, Cameron received a position at the Arizona Heart Institute as a cardiovascular technician under the guidance of Dr. Ashok Solsi. While doing phlebotomy, EKG’s, and Bruce protocol treadmill tests, He also opened a taekwondo school from 2000-2007. During that time, he trained the students to the top three national medal positions in their divisions, including one U.S. Junior Olympic gold medal. Cameron came to Higher Power Training not only to better expand his knowledge and experience in personal fitness under Jason Ivesdal, but also to pass on to others the benefits of hard work and training.
