BIOGRAPHY:

Training for sports performance has always been a passion for Austin. Austin’s sports performance journey began when he injured a shoulder playing high school football. This led to copious amounts of physical therapy and rehabilitation. During the rehabilitation phase of his shoulder injury, Austin found his true passion, to help others reach their sports performance goals as well as rehabilitate athletes or anyone with an injury who wants to get back to full function. This has led him down the path of exercise science and he is currently in the process of gaining entry into Physical Therapy school. Austin is injury prevention minded due to his background and takes care to ensure his clients use proper form throughout his killer workouts. Austin has experience working with older folks dealing with chronic pain and injuries, college athletes, high school and middle school athletes. He is knowledgeable and prepared to help anyone reach their fitness goals.
