BIOGRAPHY
Anna started her personal training career in January of 2009 after receiving her certification from NFPT. Prior to her certification Anna received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Bethel University. Anna’s certification, along with her degree in Psychology, assists her clients in becoming successful in attaining their personal health goals. These goals include not only healthy physical changes, but also a positive sense of body image, a heightened mental acuteness, and an overall feeling of well-being.
Her pursuit for personal training started with her love of running in college. After training and completing marathons she knew she wanted to pursue a career in personal training. She started interning with Higher Power Training in February of 2009 and started her personal training career with them in April of 2009. Besides working with clients of all ages and levels of training, Anna’s particular passion is in the training needs for pregnant and post partum women. While pregnant with her son, Anna realized how important it is to stay healthy and active during this exciting time in a woman’s life. As a dedicated trainer, nothing gives her more happiness than sharing her zeal and excitement for excellent health with her clients.
