Biography:


Andy grew up playing basketball, football and baseball. He never had any organized weightlifting programs when he was growing up, which he knew was a necessity for the young athlete. This is what sparked his interest and love for training; he wanted to make sure athletes had access to something that he didn’t have growing up. His fitness career began while completing his undergraduate degree at the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire, where he interned at Catalyst Sports Medicine. Here he helped train athletes at two different high schools in areas of strength and conditioning and speed and agility. After finishing his undergrad degree, Andy went on to obtain his Master’s Degree online from Concordia University Chicago. While completing his Masters, he continued to help athletes working as a personal trainer in Edina. He also got experience training the general population while being a personal trainer at Xperience Fitness and EXOS. Andy is passionate about training athletes of any age and any sport, but also helping the everyday person accomplish their goals in their fitness journey.
