Bootcamp Class

6:30 am and 12 noon

Tired of the same old fitness and exercise classes? Try a bootcamp class! Our boot camp class is fun but will give you a great work-out. It consists of many, short timed activities. Boredom can’t set in as you are moving from activity to activity. And if an exercise is a challenge for you, well, you’ll be changing soon to a different activity.
The classes are small and our trainers can give instructions for improvement along the way. You don’t have to commit to a long program. Come once and give it a try.
To improve performance drink some water before you come in and bring a water bottle. Eat a light breakfast about an hour before the class. Try to get some carbs in.
